HBA had the opportunity to participate in an old-time Austin tradition – the Pecan Street Festival. Full of lively music and free samples, HBA students directed visitors throughout the festival. Students were able to interact with numerous local vendors and small business owners. Split up into groups of two, the students got to take in the great atmosphere, give back to the community and even pet some puppies.
